Tai Chi Class –
Nine Heavens Healing Arts
This is a Tai Chi chuan / Qi gong class. The primary focus of this class will be health but all aspects will be covered. You will learn the Yang 24 form including theory, application, breathing, energy patterns and more. The class will also rotate through various Qigong exercises like 8 section brocade and 5 animals. Later we will move on to push hands and Taiji sword.
Tuesday Evenings, 6-7pm.

About Sifu Glenn Bullock:
Sifu Glenn Bullock has been training in martial arts for almost 50 years. Studying under several well known teachers he practices -Northern Shaolin kung fu, Hung gar, Wing chun kuen, Praying Mantis kung fu, Chen Taijiquan, Yang Taijiquan and Wudang arts. In addition he is a 23rd generation Daoist priest in the Quanzhen Longmen lineage, his Daoist name is Bai Zong San.
