Black Artist Exhibition – “Nothing is Going to Turn Us Around.”

About the show

Join us for an inspiring evening of art, culture, and community as we honor the creativity of Black artists. This exhibition features 52 works by 24 artists.

Enjoy featured works meet the artists, and celebrate with refreshments, conversation and music.

Sponsored by Ronnie and Gloria Peterson and the African American Cultural and Historical Museum of Washtenaw County, and the Palm Leaf Club.

Local History Spotlight — February 15, 2025 — 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Come experience a snapshot of the rich African American history in Ypsilanti. Narratives provided by the Palm Leaf Club, 
 musical performances and histories of local residents who have significant lineage in the Ypsilanti Community 
will be shared. This is free and open to the public. (Sponsored by Ronnie and Gloria Peterson)
