Riverside Arts Center relies on the talents of our community volunteers! We welcome anyone with the a passion for community, creativity and collaboration to give what they have: THEMSELVES!

We have opportunities for you, including:

Upcoming Events

    Ongoing Events and Opportunities

    Gallery Docent 

    Tuesdays, Wednesdays, 4 – 7pm

    Saturdays 10 – 2pm 

    Riverside Arts Center’s gallery exhibits four to six times a year with exhibitions running for one to two months.

    Duties:

    •  Monitor gallery guests
    • Answer questions from guests
    • Document guest count

    Requirements:

    • Follow Riverside Volunteers guidelines
    • Over the age of 18

    Need 2 – 4 volunteers a week

      Riverside Swings

      Fridays, 8:30-10:30pm

      Swing dance event open to all ages and skill levels.  This is a general admission event with payment at the door. Volunteers get into the dance for free.

      Duties may include:

        • Opening
          • Help setup
          • Manage cash box Collect admission fees
          • Give cash box to DJ at 10:30PM

      Requirements:

      • Follow Riverside Volunteers guidelines
      • Over the age of 16

      Need 1 – 2 volunteers each week

      Clean / Organize at Riverside Arts Center

      Anytime

      Riverside Arts Center always welcomes volunteers who would like to help us clean and organize our various storage spaces.

      Duties:

      • Clean out cluttered storage
      • Document and archive items
      • Organize storage spaces to optimize each space.

      Requirements:

      • Follow Riverside Volunteers guidelines
