Ypsi Fine Arts Club Calendar
Hey Fine Arts Club Members!
Riverside wants to feature YOU in our 2027 Perpetual Calendar. We’re talking 12 months of ART, baybeeeee. Twelve artists, twelve spots, twelve chances to shine.
This call for art is open exclusively to Ypsi Fine Arts Club members.
What we’re asking: a donation of the reproduction license for one image of your work, so Riverside can print it in the calendar. You keep ownership of your art. You’re just donating permission to use this specific image for this specific project.
We’re keeping the vibes of the calendar upbeat. Please submit work that’s family-friendly and steers clear of violent, graphic, or polarizing themes.
This is a fundraising effort to support Riverside Arts Center and the Ypsi Fine Arts Club program.
Eligibility Criteria:
Membership: Open to current members of the Ypsi Fine Arts Club. If you’re not yet a member, please attend a YFAC meeting on the first and third Wednesdays of the month at Riverside Arts Center.
Original Work: Work must be the original creation of the artist. AI-assisted work must be disclosed at submission.
Medium: All 2D and 3D visual art forms are welcome, including painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, mixed media, and digital art.
Location: Priority may be given to artists living in Ypsilanti or surrounding areas.
Application Requirements:
- You may submit up to three works.
- Format: JPEG or PNG
- Resolution: high resolution images please! at least 300 ppi (pixels per inch).
- Sizing and Orientation: The artwork should be optimized to be printed on an 11″w x 8.5″h surface, which has an aspect ratio of 22:17 (or 1.294:1 as a decimal)
- Your image may be cropped to fit the correct aspect ratio of the calendar.
- Agreement to the Image Use and LIcense Agreement
