Open Sewing Lab with Kim DeBord

An event every month that begins at 1:00 pm on day Second of the month, repeating until March 10, 2024
Finish a project, restart a project or learn something new in this open sewing lab! Join fibers artist, Kim DeBord, for Sunday afternoon stitching. Get advice on a wide range of techniques like garment construction, mending & darning, embroidery, sashiko, and using your sewing machine. Bring your projects or potential projects or just bring yourself and dive into a new skill. Shared tools and some basic materials will be provided. Two shared sewing machines will be available and you’re welcome to bring any of your own tools and machine.

January 14th, 1-4pm.
February 11th, 1-4pm.
March 10th, 1 – 4pm.
$20 a session.
For ages 16 + (10-15 yr olds are welcome with an adult)
Drop-ins are also welcome (Max capacity is 15 persons a session).
