RAC Creativity Lab Spends an Afternoon With Wild Swan Theatre

This past weekend we spent Saturday with Wild Swan Theatre at WCC! RAC Creativity Lab for provided and facilitated an arts activity for the children and families that came to the performance of Under the African Sky. Kids and parents were fully engaged and enjoyed making their puppets, masks and whatever fit their fancy. RAC Creativity Lab works to provide activities that are open-ended enough to allow students to be
imaginative and creative, while also being structured enough so that parents and kids don’t require much instruction or explanation. We had so much fun discovering the many different ways the kids applied themselves to the “task” with just the resources provided and their own imaginations. We are so excited for the next season of Wild Swan Theatre and more opportunities to provide post-show programming to the audiences of this wonderful theater company.
